    One does the stretches the other uses a foam roller……ha ha……just joking…..seriously, they key is get on the floor and move…slowly… the floor is your friend.

    Best video at the best time! My back just recently started bugging me and the stretches helped! Also, basic/beginner stretch videos are great for those of us who are not that flexible… anymore.
