I’m 16 years old, 180 lbs, with 5% body fat. I’m a swimmer, so I’m not very big, just really toned. No matter what I do I can’t seem to build my chest. Can you help me out? I’ve done timed sets of dumb bells followed by max out sets followed by push ups sets and all that kind of stuff. Nothing seems to get me any bigger!!!

you should take it straight away after your workout. If you’re eating a good amount of protein with your meal (a chicken breast for example) then you don’t really need it. If you feel like you want to take some more protein on after you eat then go ahead and have another.
