    Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. I consider yoga practice as a part of my over all kung fu practice ( realize it is all just words) but I definitely share the view of practicing at any time you can. I think you are very good at explaining and sharing these techniques and hope people pay attention! Part of my shower kung fu includes standing on one foot while extending the other and slide towel back and forth to dry the outstretched foot. I use this to practice balance 🙂

    I saw mom doing all these position. Only difference was that she had dad on top…I was angry when I saw them like that but now THIS lady helped me to understand that my dad was actually helping mom to relax. I feel stupid 🙁

    I will try this tomorrow. The older I get the tighter I am in the morning . I am a weight lifter and I think all bodybuilder and weight lifters should take up yoga .
