My Home Back Workout: 10 Wide Grip Pull Ups 10 Close Grip Pull Ups 10 Under Hand Pull Ups 10 Dumbbell Side Laterals = 1 Round DO 4 ROUNDS TOTAL, rest 30 sec or less b/t exercises * Make sure to watch the video where I explain techniques on how to work on your back muscles more and use less of your biceps during the exercises.

    This will work; Although it will only work for him if he is looking to become skinny. Otherwise I would go with the advice of humblyshyt, which would gain him muscle and use his fat calories effectivley.

    Isn’t it better to do pullups to the point where your chin is above the bar? That’s how I’ve always done it.

    If you sit down and put your chest down towards your legs (not all the way down because you always wanna keep your back stright ofc) and do the last exercise will that work the same muscle as the exercise you were doing?
    I do that because I find it easier to use the back instead of the shoulders then. 🙂

    BACK IS A BIG MUSCLE GROUP… YOU SHOULD EXPLAIN WHAT PART EACH EXERCISE WORKS… FOR INSTANCE IM WORKING ON GETTING A WIDER BACK.. SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT BE TRYNA GET A THICKER BACK. THATS TWO DIFFERENT THINGS BRUH.. OTHERWISE NICE VIDEO AS ALWAYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

    Considering he is 143 pounds, not tall and I’m assuming not muscular if he needs help, the only way he will lose the extra weight is to reduce calorie intake and watch his food. Either do it now or after bulking, but what you mention makes no sense considering his comment.
