    @kkao68 my lower back killed me when I first started. You cant avoid the pain. Becareful. Before you know that back will be very muscular from these and wont bother you a bit

    Great worlout, but its a little bit too easy for me. By the way, how often should I do it? I want to do this about 3 times a day, is this enough?

    If this workout is isnt tough enough try doing reps of 15-20 instead of 10 and repeat this not just once but 3xs. Try and do this within 15 mins then reply back and let me know.

    As for the windshield wipers, you should focus on doing both upper body strengthening like some close-grip chin-ups with holds and negatives in between sets. Also incorporate both internal and external rotations using cables of some sort. Whether its from a machine or resistance band. Most importantly b consistent.

    I can’t to these exercises without straining my neck and back, yet I barely feel any burn in my core. I must be doing something wrong or have weak abs

    he did say “beginners” guys. it may be for people who are “new” to this, who never work out. from the way he is built, i would say he knows what he is doing.
