    coming back again and again. Also Jen doesn’t have a large gut, that’s
    silly. Besides, even if she did have a gut she would still be beautiful,
    regardless of size.

    Hey PsycheTruth, these are static stretches and should be done post
    workout. Dynamic stretches are far more effective pre-workout as
    they loosen the muscle and promote blood flow to the desired region. You
    will also perform far better employing dynamic stretches pre-workout 🙂

    up the muscles during static stretches
