Hey PsycheTruth, these are static stretches and should be done post
workout. Dynamic stretches are far more effective pre-workout as
they loosen the muscle and promote blood flow to the desired region. You
will also perform far better employing dynamic stretches pre-workout 🙂

About 5 mins, I’ve heard you can actually tire muscles if you stretch too
