Hey Donnie, How long did it take you to get results ? How often should I do
this routine ?
I’m currently doing this kind of routine every night for about 20-25 mins.
I’m still really far from the slips that’s why i’m asking ! 🙂
Should the knee/foot face down or outwards on the back leg? Also, I’ve read
that you should keep your hips “square” whilst in the splits, how can I
tell if I’m doing this? Thanks!
After seeing some of the crude comments I just wanted to take the time and
thank you for the videos. They really have been helping me.
I’m getting back into Jeet Kune Do after a decade of… well, not keeping
up with my conditioning. Your videos are helping me get back some
flexibility I’ve lost, and other PsycheTruth videos are helping me cope
with some of the inevitable muscle tension and issues that comes with age.
Although even as a young man I could not do the splits that well, I am
getting good results with your techniques.
