Does increasing your BMR allows you to eat more “empty” calories while still meeting your body micro-nutrient needs? For an example a very muscular guy would need to eat like 3500 calories daily to maintain weight. He just can’t eat that much only with vegetables. Since muscles are burning only pure energy, then the micro-nutrient needs wouldn’t increase by that much. Am I right?

Micronutrient are used during metabolic processes. For instance B vitamins are used up when the body metabolizes energy. Therefore an active person with higher muscle mass would need more micro-nutrients.

As you stated in previous videos, as I have stopped eating tons of processed foods, I’ve noticed that natural foods are starting to have so much more flavor for me. I had some pineapple tonite that I LOVED. So much flavor. Loved it. Also, as you stated in this video, I tend to crave natural foods, fruits and vegetables and water, more now. less soda and processed foods. Thanks Corrina and PsycheTruth.

Good information, but in my opinion, for the wrong reasons. Avoid fructose (which is present in the carbs of sugar, common in almost any junk food) because it will slow your leptin/insulin production. This means you won’t feel full. You did mention fiber and satiety, but that’s just one half of the puzzle. If you haven’t watched Sugar: The Bitter Truth, I’d recommend it.
Because white rice has been refined of the B vitamins. Swap it for brown rice and you’ll get all the goodness.
